This policy explains what data is collected when you visit www.trinitylogic.co.uk, how it is used, and your rights under UK data protection law.

What data we collect

Analytics cookies (with your consent)

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use this site — pages visited, time on page, referral source, and approximate location (country or region level). This data does not identify you personally.

Google Analytics sets the following cookies:

  • _ga — distinguishes unique users. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_* — stores session state. Expires after 2 years.

No analytics data is collected if you decline cookies. Your preference is stored in your browser's local storage under the key tl_cookie_consent so you are not asked again on subsequent visits.

Contact form submissions

When you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are submitted to Formspree (formspree.io), which forwards them to us by email. We do not store form submissions in a database. Formspree's own privacy policy governs their handling of that data.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, use advertising networks, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

  • Analytics: your consent, given via the cookie banner.
  • Contact enquiries: legitimate interests — responding to a message you have chosen to send us.

How long we keep your data

  • Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, as configured in our Google Analytics account.
  • Contact enquiries received by email are deleted after 12 months unless an ongoing relationship develops.

Third-party services
